To ensure that proper application security is maintained, Optum 360 requires that each username be assigned an email and a
security question. This will allow Optum360 to validate each individual user if in the event a password is forgotten or if a new
password must be reassigned.

To reset your password, please contact your local administrator who can provide you with an email that contains a link to reset your password, or contact our technical support team at 1.800.765.6797, or email (techsupport@optum360.com), and they can verify your security answer and provide you with an email that contains a link to reset your password.

If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes with a link to reset your password, please contact our technical support staff at 1.800.765.6797, or email them at techsupport@optum360.com and they will assist you to access your password reset link .
Prior to contacting technical support, please verify that your temporary password email has not been sent to a spam/junk folder.
Upon receipt of the password reset link, you will have 48 hours to login and change your password to a temporary 90-day password. If you do not change your password to a 90-day permanent password within 48 hours, you will need a new password reset link.
