Action Required! – Read below to avoid future issues with your Optum360 software access
If your internet browser is Internet Explorer version 10 or lower, or Chrome version 30 or lower, or Firefox version 27 or lower, then on 01/01/2017 your Optum360 web-based coding reference applications will no longer function correctly unless you take action before then.
If your internet browser is Internet Explorer version 11, or Chrome version 31 or higher, or Firefox version 28 or higher, then no action is required.
To check for your internet browser version, simply click the “HELP” option on your Internet Explorer browser menu, then select “About Internet Explorer.” (Other internet browsers have similar ways of identifying internet browser versions.)
• What do you need to do? Take action today! Upgrade to one of the compliant internet browsers listed above, or contact your IT staff to assist you with access to a compliant browser prior to 01/01/2017.
• Technical information for your IT department: Optum360 is required to apply TLS security protocol version 1.2.
